December 6, 2022: On a recent chilly night, UCSB Board members Doris Hawkins and Thomas Ramos joined City Relief in Newark to serve hot soup, bread, and fruit out of a mobile soup kitchen. City Relief travels to neighborhoods struggling with poverty and homelessness every week, no matter the weather, so those in need can get a warm meal, hygiene kits or socks. It was an honor to be a part of the good work that they do!
