April 6, 2022: Meet Catherine Ricker, our new SVP Chief Strategy and People Officer at Union County Savings Bank! Catherine is a human resources professional with over twenty-five years of experience and has served in leadership positions at Affinity Federal Credit Union, Madison Square Garden, and Bloomingdale’s in Manhattan, just to name a few. Catherine has been interviewed about her expertise by publications like the Wall Street Journal Online and New Jersey Business Magazine. She has also spoken at notable events such as the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources and The Global Women’s Network.
In addition to her career success, Catherine is passionate about giving back to her community and has served in positions including, but not limited to, Chairperson of the Somerset County Business Partnership, Chairperson of the Human Resources/Compensation Committee for the Somerset County YMCA, and Board Member of the JFK Medical Center Foundation.
