At Union County Savings Bank, we’re committed to strengthening our relationships with both our customers and our community.
We’re upgrading our technology on April 11th to provide you with a better, faster, and more secure banking experience. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Improved Online & Mobile Banking: The new system will feature an intuitive interface, allowing you to manage your accounts seamlessly, process
transactions faster, and conveniently open new accounts online.
Enhanced Security: You’ll benefit from the latest advancements in digital banking, with even stronger security to protect your accounts and
personal information.
Expanded Account Management Tools: New, user-friendly tools will help you track spending, set savings goals, and manage your finances more effectively.
New Deposit Products: We’re introducing exciting new deposit options to help you earn more from your savings, along with new checking accounts
featuring exclusive benefits designed to meet your needs.

Timeline Details

9:00 AM – Online Bill Pay Unavailable
Online Bill Pay (Consumer & Business) will be unavailable and remain unavailable until Tuesday.
3:00 PM – Online Banking, Mobile Banking App, & Telephone Banking Unavailable
All will be unavailable and remain so throughout the weekend.
5:00 PM – All Branches Close
All branches close and remain closed throughout the weekend.
8:00 PM – Debit Card Limits Adjusted
Debit cards will continue to work for point-of-sale purchases and ATM withdrawals, but daily limits will be lowered to the following:

  • $750 – Debit Card purchases (Consumer)
  • $1000 – Debit Card purchases (Business)
  • $300 – ATM Withdrawals (Consumer / Business)
  • All branches remain closed.
  • Account access remains unavailable including Online Banking, Mobile Banking App and Telephone Banking.
  • Debit Cards Remain Active with adjusted limits in place.

All branches reopen at 9:00 AM and resume normal business hours.
By 12:00 PM Debit Cards Return to Standard Limits
By 12:00 PM – New Online Banking, Mobile Banking App & Telephone Banking Available

  • Customers can log in to Online Banking on their computers or by downloading the new mobile banking app.
  • Existing customers can log in using their current username and the password details on the following page.
  • Unenrolled customers can register.
  • Your telephone access PIN will be reset, and you will be asked to create a new one.

By 5:00 PM – Zelle Available

What Will Be Upgraded

  • Online Banking/Mobile Banking App
  • Telephone Banking Menu

Updates

The Mobile Banking App update is scheduled to be available on Monday, April 14th by 12:00 PM.

Once the Upgrade is complete, you will need to:

  • Delete your existing app and download the new re-branded version
  • “Search for “Union County Savings Bank”, “UCSB Mobile Banking”, or “UCSB Mobile “in the App Store or Google Play to download the new mobile banking app.
  • The name of your mobile banking app will show as “UCSB Mobile Banking” after the upgrade.
  • Use your current Union County Savings Bank username and password as shown above.
  • UCSB currently uses separate apps retail and business. Post conversion, there will only be one app for both retail and business customers.

Online Banking: How to Log in After the Upgrade

  • The updated Online Banking system is scheduled to be available on Monday, April 14th by 12:00 PM.
  • Using the UCSB Website or mobile banking app, enter your current username and the last 4 digits of your social security number and 5-digit zip code as the password.
  • For business account use the last 4 digits of your tax identification number and your business 5-digit zip code.
  • Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to change your password.
Reminders:
Existing payees will be carried over in Bill Pay.
13 mos. of eStatement history will carry over but may not be available immediately.
Update your bookmark URL if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Technology Upgrade will take place over the weekend beginning Friday, April 11th at 9:00 AM. The Bank will be closed on Saturday, April 12th and Sunday April 13th. We will reopen on Monday, April 14 at 9:00 AM.

Technology is constantly changing and evolving. We feel this is the right time for us to make these changes that will enhance the products and services we offer you.

These services will not be available from 3:00 PM on Friday, April 11tht hrough Monday, April 14th by 12:00 PM. More information about these services will be forthcoming.

Please ensure that you schedule any necessary payments prior to 9:00 AM on Friday, April 11th, as access will be removed at that time. Automatic and scheduled payments will process as usual.

Yes, there are no changes to account numbers.

Existing checks will not change. You can continue to use the ones you have.

Yes, your debit card can be used throughout the weekend. However, while debit card services will be available during the system upgrade, real time data on your funds availability may not be. To ensure you have sufficient funds to withdraw cash and make purchases with your debit card during the upgrade, we are requesting you make any necessary transactions ahead of time.

No, your card PIN # will stay the same.

  • If you currently receive a paper statement each month you will continue to do so.
  • Additionally, you will receive an “Interim Statement” which will show your account activity from the day of your last statement through Friday, April 11th, 2025.
  • Your next statement will cover the period from Saturday, April 12th, 2025, through Wednesday, April 30th, 2025.
  • All Statement cycles will be end of month thereafter.

No, any funds automatically deposited will not be affected by this upgrade.

Yes. As always, your personal data and account information will remain safe and secure during this transition.

Following the conversion to the new platform, you will need to re-enter all your Zelle payments and contacts. Please be sure you have copies of all this pertinent information.
